The big problem of Seafile is, the Android/iOS clients don't have "Sync" feature. I am running Seafile server at home, it works reasonably OK, and I like that it can keep version history for files. The only Con of Resilio Sync is, it's not open source (but I still bought Pro edition since it works great). The Selective Sync feature is amazing, and since you can run several fully sync clients consider your data have an extra backup. I never had problems with Resilio Sync (even the Free edition). Resilio Sync is still my favorite, it's very easy to set up, works in almost any network environment (unless you use firewall block the tracker access and some ports). The major advantage of Resilio Sync, Seafile and Syncthing over Dropbox is, you data never leave your own server, other than that, they are not faster than Dropbox over internet. I currently use Resilio Sync (Pro) and Seafile (running on Raspberry Pi 3B+s), I have tried Syncthing several times before.
